For a return to be valid, we must receive the item back to our address above within 28 days of delivery for UK & US customers.

You will need to cover any return shipping costs.

Any item(s) remains your responsibility until we receive it and we will not give a refund for any item which is not in the same condition as when sent.

Please send all returns via tracked mail as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

We aim to process refunds within a week of having received the return.

Once a refund is made an email notification will be sent and the money should show in your bank/Paypal account within 5 working days
